Kick back and relax at “Prospect Point” in Corolla! Located directly on the oceanfront, salty breezes and ocean views are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. This classic beach cottage is the perfect place for your family to make vacation memories.
The home’s main gathering place is in the great room on the top level of the home, which includes juniper accents. Focus on the waves rolling in outside or watch TV while lounging in the comfortably furnished living area. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just add groceries. There is a small table in the kitchen, perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast before heading to the beach. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area, which offers a great view of the ocean and sand dune. Outside, you’ll find a screened porch, covered deck, and sun deck, all with ocean views. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean or listen to the waves lap the shore at any time of the day. There is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and access to the screened porch.
On the second floor of the home, there are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The laundry room is located on the ground floor and accessible from outside only. When you’re ready to venture out, Currituck Beach Lighthouse is nearby, as well as shopping, dining, and attractions in quaint Currituck Village. A vacation at “Prospect Point” on the Outer Banks will leave you relaxed and refreshed!

"This is a perfect house for a couple of small family that wants an oceanfront place but not one of those 15-room monster palaces. It's a great location - quiet and on a cul-de-sac. The walkway to the beach was destroyed and, apparently, there is a permitting issue that precludes re-building it, but beach access is very close, so that's not really an issue. We'll keep going as long as it is available."
