Bring your family to "Beacon Beach" for lasting memories! This home is just steps from the beach, with ocean and lighthouse views, as well as, lots of decks to enjoy the sea air. The elevator offers easy access and makes grocery day a breeze. There is a rec room with full-size pool table, a den to stretch out in, and a great room surrounded by large decks to enjoy the sunshine or stars. The theatre room is complete with a rear projection screen and surround sound. Imagine lazy days on the beach, fun-filled afternoons in the private pool and relaxing evenings watching the moon rise. There are few distractions here in Ocean Hill, at the north end of Corolla. This area is known for the famous Corolla Wild Horses, the Currituck Lighthouse (the only brick lighthouse on the East Coast), the Historic Whalehead Club with its concerts and events, and the quaint Corolla Village Shops.

are there baby gates on the deck staircases? It looks like on the second floor deck there is but I can't tell from the other angles.
Emily, there are latched gates on all stairways that have direct access to the pool area.

Does the house happen to come with anything to inflate pool toys??
Kristan, N099 does not provide a compressor or similar appliance to inflate pool toys.

How close is the closest access to the beach and are there steep stairs to get down to the beach or is it flat?
Excellent question, Mary! N099 is just a short walk from the beach. The closest beach access is located at the end of Bismark Drive. currently the access is a flat boardwalk that turns into a sand path.

Does the house have a crockpot, griddle, and blender?

However, items like crockpots, griddles, keurigs, etc. are considered specialty items and we do not advertise, guarantee or keep an inventory of these types of items. Great question, Liz! We guarantee there will be 5 beach chairs available at the home for your use. However, for additional beach chairs, umbrellas/equipment, bikes, carts, etc. you will need to bring your own from home, or you can rent them through Moneysworth, Ocean Atlantic Rentals or Just for the Beach. Where is the hot tub at this location?
Great question, Kim. The hot tub is located in the back corner of the Level 2 Deck. If you notice in picture 24 of 26, you can see where privacy fencing has been added on to protect the hot tub area.

Can I park a travel trailer in the driveway while staying here? It will not be used during our stay here but we need it for the second part of our vacation.
James, trailers can be parked at homes here in the northern Outer Banks communities only if they will fit under the carport; otherwise, contact us about our satellite parking facilities at our Corolla office!
