Fill your Outer Banks vacation with ocean views, salty breezes, and fun in the sun at this “Coastal Paradise!” Located just one lot from the beach in the quiet Ocean Hill community, this semi-oceanfront retreat offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean. There’s plenty to do during your stay at “Coastal Paradise,” both inside and outside of the home.
The top level of the home features an open and spacious great room. The great room area features comfortable furniture and coastal decor, and a gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months. A nearby round table is perfect for doing a puzzle or playing cards. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to prepare meals during your stay. Everyone can eat together in the nearby dining area, and additional kitchen countertop seating is available. Outdoor dining is available at an additional dining table on the screened porch. Enjoy salty breezes on the ample decks at the home. There is one master bedroom on this floor, which includes an attached private bathroom. The third level includes a half bathroom for convenience.
The middle level is a mix of sleeping quarters and entertainment. There are two master bedrooms, each with an attached private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities are also included on the middle floor. The rec room is perfect for playing or relaxing and watching some TV. Step outside for your own outdoor “Coastal Paradise.” Relax in the sunshine or take a dip in the refreshing private pool. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub.
