Step onto the top floor and you’ll be greeted with a spacious living room that is curated for unwinding with the family. With floor-to-ceiling windows and deck access, relaxation is endless. Unloading your groceries and luggage is a seamless experience with the elevator. At mealtimes, your whole group can gather around the dining room table for great food, conversation, and laughter. The kitchen is fully equipped to make every meal a breeze. There is one master bedroom and private bathroom, with deck access. Living up to its name, “Picture Perfect”, the deck space allows you to indulge in the serene ocean sunrises with a morning coffee or sunsets over Currituck Sound.
On the middle floor, you’ll find four master bedrooms, each with deck access and a private bathroom. It also features a den, laundry, and a hot tub on the deck.
The ground floor invites you to endless fun in the game room. With a pool table, board games, and a wet bar, there is something for every family member to enjoy! Aditionally, you’ll find a master bedroom and a private bathroom. There is also one-half bathroom.
Spend long days outside in the sunshine lounging around in the refreshing private pool or take advantage of the private walkway to the beach, so you’ll have your toes in the Atlantic Ocean in no time.
