Here, you can start the day with an ocean sunrise and end it with a sound sunset from your very own crow’s nest. Recently constructed in 2021, this modern home not only offers dazzling outdoor scenes but also stunning decor, furnishings, and amenities inside.
Upon your arrival, ease into vacation mode with the help of the home’s elevator to unload your luggage and groceries. Settling in, you will find the top floor great room opens up to functional spaces throughout. Unwind in the comfortable living area and enjoy the electric fireplace on those chillier days, or head out to the separate temperature controlled sunroom to take in the gorgeous ocean views. For anyone needing to sneak away to check in with school or the office, a secluded sitting area is provided nearby. The attractive kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, including two dishwashers to assist with cleanup. Countertop seating in the kitchen is perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoy sitting down with the whole family in the adjoining dining area. The wine cooler in the dining room makes for convenient beverage refills. Beyond the common spaces, one master bedroom sits on the third level with deck access and a bathroom with handicap friendly features. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.

The final two bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, are located on the ground floor, each including a full bathroom. The ground floor offers a variety of fun entertainment options. Kick back and watch a movie or play foosball. A wet bar with refrigerator is available in the rec room, so cold drinks and snacks can always be handy. A half bathroom and additional laundry room can also be found on the first floor.
Just outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. Located in the quiet Ocean Hill community, this home is convenient to all that Corolla has to offer, including food and beverage options to satisfy all tastes. Explore nearby Historic Corolla Park on foot and climb the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, or take a quick drive north to witness the wild horses on the 4x4.
