"Love the pet area under house. I have small dogs that go out frequently it saved me from walking my dogs in bad weather. Love the gas stove. It is actually my third time renting this house. I rented before the new owners and what a difference the new owners made."

"The house was clean upon arrival. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. Nice view of the ocean from top deck. Beds were comfortable and all the bathrooms had new shower curtains. Very good weather for mid November. Have always enjoyed working with Twiddy."

"This is a really nice, tidy and well cared for home. You can tell the owners are making changes/additions. The pet area is great, easy to keep clean. Same with the outdoor shower area - wonderful. The pool and surrounding area is amazing. The cabana is a nice addition and I'm sure it will be even better once completed. By far the best we've stayed at in 15 years on the OBX"

"We enjoyed our stay at Carolina Cottage! It is beautifully decorated and updated. Feels like a brand new home! Beds are extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. This pet friendly home is so clean. We LOVED the pool area and hot tub that was under a deck. Ocean views from the top deck were a wonderful treat. Ocean Hill is a quiet location to spend a beach vacation. We look forward to returning to Carolina Cottage.
