This semi-oceanfront gem in the quiet Ocean Hill neighborhood offers sweeping ocean views and is just one house back from the beach. It is perfectly positioned between the sand and the shops, eateries, and attractions that make Corolla so inviting.
Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at ease in the great room, with an ocean view and classic beach house style, including vaulted wood ceilings and beams. The living area features comfortable seating, ideal for family gatherings or casual evenings together. Outside on the spacious deck, there’s plenty of room for your entire group. Enjoy mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee, or afternoons soaking up the salty breeze. The bright, spacious kitchen is well-equipped with updated appliances and connects to a dining area and screened porch, perfect for easygoing lunches or evening drinks overlooking the dunes. Having two dishwashers in the kitchen is a big help when cleaning up after big family meals. Venture downstairs and discover even more: the ground-floor rec room with a foosball table and a wet bar for easy access to refreshments.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply soak in the sunshine poolside. After a long day outside, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The grill and a picnic table are available in the pool area to easily prepare lunch or dinner to enjoy during breaks from swimming.
The bedrooms offer both privacy and comfort across three levels. There is one bedroom on the top level, which includes an attached half bathroom. The home’s master bedroom is on the middle level and includes a private bathroom and deck access. Another bathroom on the second floor offers access to the deck as well as a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the hallway. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found on the middle floor, one bedroom with access to the covered deck. The final bedroom and full bathroom are located on the ground floor.
Just a short walk brings you to the community beach access. When you’re ready for adventure beyond the beach, Corolla Village’s local shops, dining spots, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and wild horse tours are all within easy walking or biking distance, making it simple to explore, dine, and unwind nearby. More shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Corolla are just a short drive away. “Mermaid Crossing” is everything you want for a memorable family vacation!
