Offering both comfort and convenience, this is the perfect setting for your family reunion.
Enter the home on the mid-level to find a light and airy foyer with beautiful hardwood floors that open into a private den/bedroom. Three king master bedrooms offer access to the mid-level deck that overlooks the private pool area and offer views of the Atlantic. You can wake in the morning to the view of the sun rising over the ocean. Laundry facilities are available on this level for convenience.
Downstairs on the lower level of the home find entertainment for all ages! Round up the family for a friendly game of billiards. A kitchenette provides easy access to refreshments and snacks. Cozy up with your loved ones in the media area for a movie or watch the game with the sports enthusiasts in the group. Additional sleeping accommodations are available on this level including a king master bedroom and bunk bedroom with access to a hall bathroom. Laundry facilities and elevator access to all levels are also available.
Step outside the rec room to your very own oceanfront oasis. Take a dip in your private pool or lounge poolside to soak up the sun. Relax under the shade of the covered patio on the upscale outdoor furniture. Enjoy a meal al fresco under the covered porch or pull up a seat at the poolside cabana bar. At night, soak in one of the hot tubs under the stars and melt your cares away.
Ride the elevator to the top floor where breathtaking ocean views are the main focus through the wall of picture windows. With an open concept kitchen and great room, there is room for everyone to gather together and enjoy each other’s company. The large kitchen with double appliances and plenty of counter space is perfect for any chef to whip up a delicious meal! An island with bar seating allows for lively conversation during meal prep and casual dining during the day. The living area includes comfortable furnishings and double sided gas fireplace that ajoins a sitting area with a wet bar. Two king master bedrooms, each with deck access and custom tile showers, provide serene and upscale retreats. Two ocean facing decks on the top level are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching for dolphins playing in the ocean.
