Hear the roar of the waves hitting the beach from your sanctuary located less than 300 feet from the beach access with views of the the ocean to the east and the Currituck Lighthouse to the south. Gaze at the sunset in the evening and the bright stars above from the hot tub on the top deck.
On the top level gather in the great room, enjoy reading in the ship’s watch, and play cards in the sunroom. On the lower levels shoot pool in the game room, feel the sea breeze from the covered and open decks, nap in the hammock and relax in your own private pool.

"This home has it all! Loved the bedroom layout and all the little areas to hang out. Sunroom, ships watch, hammock. The deck was expansive and the view was great. Pool area is roomy and the colored night lights are a great touch. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any house I’ve stayed in. The walk to the beach was super close. Also loved the location in Ocean Hill."

"Patricia was a very nice home in a private neighborhood. It was just a very short walk to the beach and the beach was great at that location not very crowded. The house was well laid out with multiple getaway locations from the pool to the hot tub to the Hamic to the swing and the sunroom and all the decks."
