This year was our fifth year staying in this home for our week vacation and we continue to enjoy our stay. This home is always very clean and stocked with everything we need. The furniture and beds are comfortable and clean. The outside deck is our favorite part with those great high chairs. The view and location is perfect. It is like coming home each year.

The MBR on Level 1 is listed as having 2T/TR, yet the picture shows what looks like a double (or full) bed. Nothing else. Could you please clarify? What does 2T/TR mean?
Thank you for your inquiry Beth. The listed bed configuration for the bedrooms on level 1 show the master bedroom having 2 twin beds with a twin trundle, and the second bedroom having 2 twin bed sets.

What is the amount needed for a deposit? Thank You.
Great question Bob! When making a reservation you have the first 48 hours to confirm with the signed lease and initial payment. The initial payment would include half of the base rental fee and the travel insurance. The deposit will vary depending on which week you are interested in, please give us a call if you would like a rental agent's assistance with your vacation planning!

Is there a gazebo at the end of the walkway to the beach? The aerial view shows one but the pictures with the house doesn't.
Hi Dave! In this instance the pictures of Bamboo Beach are more recent than the aerial photograph; there is no longer a Dune Deck/Gazebo associated with this home.

Are there beach chairs or umbrellas at the house? If so, how many? Type? Thanks
Good morning Lois! Beach chairs are an advertised amenity and there will be at least 5 waiting for you at the home. Beach equipment such as umbrellas and boogie boards are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those items with you. Please give our office a call if you would like their contact information.
