This home was set up beautifully. We felt the flow of the house and the outdoor bathroom and shower were an added benefit.

This was my family's 6th year at White Sands II. We have made so many special memories. The location is wonderful (so close to the beach) and we all really enjoy the yard and pool. We are already looking forward to our 7th vacation in 2017!

The location of this house was great, easy access to beach and nice walk to center of Duck for shopping and watching sunsets. First house we stayed in that had a grass backyard which was great for the small kids that were with us. Nice peaceful area, would definetly stay here again. Great vacation

White Sands B267 is a lovely home. The house has everything you can possibly need for a week's stay in OBX. The location of the house is a mere few feet from the boardwalk to the beach which works perfectly for elderly guests. The house, pool & hot tub are immaculately maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped and there are plenty of relaxing spaces to escape to. There's even a comfy hammock on the 2nd floor deck. We loved this house and the location! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

How far is the beach? Is it walkable?
Hi Al. This home is semi-oceanfront so it is just on the other side of the street as the oceanfront homes. Your nearest beach access point is actually right across the street from your home making it very walk-able.

Are you allowed to have a fire pit in the back yard since you are away from the beach? Is there already one in the backyard?
No Marc, there is not a fire pit at this home, and beach fires are not permitted here on the northern Outer Banks.

Hi, how equipped is the kitchen. Just wondering if the kitchen has a crock pot or slow cooker so we can cook a roast while we spend the day at the beach. Thanks, Kim

Is there baby gear/equiptment at the house including high chair, crib, baby gate(s)?
Great question, Julie! Baby equipment such as high chairs and cribs are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We are happy to recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those things with you. Please give us a call if you would like their contact information to make arrangements.
