Ratings & Reviews
It’s a beautiful home that is well-equipped and largely comfortable. It’s stylishly decorated and well-suited for big families or gatherings. There are places on every floor for a gathering space so there’s no walking over one another. We had a fabulous time and it was the perfect home for our reunion and beach vacation!

I wish I could afford to buy it. Its just what I would like to own. Plenty of room, close to but not on the beach and most important to my wife is the elevator. She has had 2 back surgeries and a total knee replacement

I rent a home every spring around this price point and this number of rooms. *This is the nicest home I have found for this price point.* Usually I have to go to Corolla to get this price point, and it was nice to be in Duck. I also usually have to be further off the beach, but this was nice and close. The home was in good condition and I didn't have to call maintenance. The kitchen supplies were all there. The furniture was in good condition. It was nice to have two ovens, two dishwashers, and two fridges. We have handicapped guests and they were able to navigate this house wonderfully. The layout of the home is fantastic with lots of open spaces to enjoy. I cannot say enough good about this home and my whole party hopes we can get it again next year.

This was a fabulous home to stay in. perfect for our family. Laid out very well for both privacy and spaces for group gatherings. Absolutely loved having two dish washers... this was a first and a pleasant surprise.

We have small children in our group, and we’re wondering how far the house is from the ocean? Do you have to cross a major street?
Clara, B267 is located just across the street from the nearest beach access. The street that must be crossed is a small community street.

I see that a gas grill and charcoal grill are included in the amentities list for this house. Can you specify what type (brand and type) and also confirm if there is a gas grill do we need to supply our own propane?
Thank you for your inquiry! B267 currently advertises a park style charcoal and standard size gas grill. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific make or model and they can be changed out at any time during the season. Propane is supplied for the gas grill but charcoal is not provided.

Is there baby gear/equiptment at the house including high chair, crib, baby gate(s)?
Great question, Julie! Baby equipment such as high chairs and cribs are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We are happy to recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those things with you. Please give us a call if you would like their contact information to make arrangements.
