No cats please. The homeowner, the Homeowner's children, and grandmother have serious allergies to cats.

"The kitchen was wonderfully appointed with everything you'd ever need to cook for a crowd. Bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The house is steps from the beach access boardwalk. Nice side yard for the dogs, with quick and easy access from the ground level. Doors leading to the pool are alarmed, which is wonderful if you are vacationing with small children."

"This is the second year in a row we have rented this house and plan to do so again next summer. While the house itself is a bit dated, you cannot beat the location...the path to the beach is right across the street and it is only a short walk to downtown Duck. The kitchen is well stocked. The ability to bring our dog with us is most appreciated...there is a even a fenced area beside the pool area where we could let her out and she could run around."

"Stella Maris was a very nice home. I loved having a pool and the pool table was a lot of fun. It took us a while to figure out the DirectTV but we got there in the end. The kitchen was very well-equipped, thank you. The location was good with respect to the beach access, and it is easy to walk everywhere in Duck from the home. I enjoyed the breakfast nook in the mornings. There were a few cosmetic issues, but nothing that really interfered with our stay. One of the screen sliding doors was missing half of the screen. All in all, we enjoyed our time in Stella Maris!"
