Situated on a corner lot just one lot back from the oceanfront, this home offers easy access to the beach and plenty of amenities for convenience and entertainment. A prime location in the heart of downtown Duck puts the shops, restaurants, and attractions of town just a short walk or bike ride away!
Make your way to the shore in seconds via the path just across the street from the home. The fenced-in backyard is home to a large private pool, a relaxing hot tub, and volleyball. Don’t forget to bring your favorite lawn games, because there’s plenty of open space for the family to play! Corn hole, volleyball and bocce ball are provided.
A private elevator makes unpacking and unloading groceries quick and easy. On the top floor, the kitchen offers double ovens, a five-burner cooktop, and two dishwashers to make preparing meals and cleaning up after a large group a simple task. A total of eight bedrooms throughout the home provide comfortable accommodations for the entire family. Three of the bedrooms are masters with attached baths, making this home perfect for groups with multiple families vacationing together. Even on a rainy day, there’s plenty to do inside. On the first floor, choose to watch a movie in the media room or play a game of pool in the rec room. A kitchenette makes for easy access to cool beverages while you’re hanging out downstairs enjoying the amenities, or when coming in from the backyard.This home offers multiple Smart TVs with streaming service from YouTubeTV.
