Get ready for a memorable Outer Banks vacation at “Dipsea Dunes” in Duck! This coastal retreat is located in the heart of Duck Village, where the salty ocean breeze greets you first thing in the morning and the village’s charm is just steps away.
The great room sets the tone for the entire home, a space made for relaxing with loved ones. The living area features comfortable furniture and a large TV, perfect for movie night after a day at the beach. Play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle in the nearby den. Upstairs, the loft is a quiet place to relax, ideal for curling up with a good book or working remotely. A spiral staircase from the loft leads to the ship’s watch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, as well as ample prep space, whether making big vacation breakfasts or full-on seafood feasts. The adjoining dining area offers a generous table where everyone can sit together, share stories of the day, and plan tomorrow’s adventure. Outside on the deck, soak up the sunshine as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening snack.
Step outside and you’ll find a sparkling private pool where you’ll spend lazy afternoons floating, sipping cold drinks, and laughing with family. As dusk falls, the hot tub beckons you for warm soaks beneath. The adjoining tiki bar is a great place to hang out at any time of day. The nearby putting green is a fun activity for when a break from the pool is needed. In addition to the amenities provided at the home, a community pool and community tennis courts are available in the Sea Pines neighborhood.
Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and convenience. Up a short flight of stairs from the great room, you’ll find an ensuite bedroom that includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a private deck. An additional ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom and private deck are on level 1.5, between the great room level and the ground floor. A full bathroom is also located on level 1.5. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms.
When it’s time to explore, the beach is a short walk from your door, sandcastles and surf await just minutes away. Walk the other direction from the home, and you’ll find yourself in Duck Village. Morning walks to get donuts and evening strolls on the soundfront boardwalk are conveniently within reach. A memorable family vacation starts at “Dip-Sea-Dunes” in Duck!
