The Pineapple House welcomes you and your loved ones to the Outer Banks! Built in 2019, this nine-bedroom oceanfront home offers convenience, top amenities, gorgeous decor, and everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The home features a main house and a guest house, with bedrooms and common spaces in each. All nine bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom. The main house and guest house are connected by covered exterior decks.
The main house includes three levels of bedrooms, entertainment, and the main gathering areas. On the top level, you’ll find a bright and airy great room, complete with a wall of windows that allow the ocean view in, as well as comfortable furniture and beautiful coastal decor. The kitchen is a dream, fully equipped with two full-size refrigerators, gas stovetop with hood, two ovens, two dishwashers, ample counter space for meal preparation, and countertop seating. The large dining table is set near a wall of windows, allowing diners to enjoy stunning ocean views as a backdrop during meals. Step outside onto the oceanfront sun deck to dine al fresco. A half bathroom is also included on the top level for convenience. There is one master bedroom on the top level, with a private bathroom and a private oceanfront deck. The bathroom features a double vanity, spacious shower, and a beautiful bathtub to soak your cares away.
The middle level of the main house consists of five master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and some with access to the covered deck. The final master bedroom in the main house is located on the bottom level, which also includes many entertainment options. Screen the latest movies in the theater room. Challenge family and friends to a game of shuffleboard or pool in the spacious rec room with pool table. Comfortable seating and a large TV allow for simple relaxation between fun activities. A generously-sized wet bar with countertop seating, TV, and full-size refrigerator allows for this space to be the ultimate hangout spot.
The two-level guest house includes two master bedrooms and a sitting area with a wet bar on the lower level, perfect for a smaller family that may need more space or a quieter area at bedtime. There is an exercise room on the top level of the guest house.
Step outside to the pool complex for fun in and out of the sun. The large private pool has a wet deck for lounge chairs as well as in-pool barstools, perfect for keeping cool while hanging out. The tiki bar with TV and grilling area offers a fun place to get out of the sun. Many different seating options can be found in the tiki bar and around the pool to give everyone a choice based on their comfort level. Once the sun sets for the evening, have a restorative soak in the hot tub and listen to the waves crash on the nearby beach. Walk East from the pool area on the private walkway, with a bench at the dune’s crest, to access the beach. Conveniently located in the heart of Duck, The Pineapple House is walking and biking distance to everything that Duck Village has to offer.
