Fun in the sun is on the agenda at “TerrAqua!” Located in the heart of Duck, this home is situated within short walking distance of the beach and the shops and restaurants in Duck Village. Enjoy comfortable accommodations with ocean views and a variety of amenities.
The great room on the top floor of the home features many windows to allow natural light to fill the room. Kick back and watch TV in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. A desk is available for use, perfect for checking in with the office or putting a puzzle together throughout your stay. An additional table and chairs is provided in the tower, which is the perfect place to play a board game or a hand of cards. Outside on the deck, enjoy horizon views of the nearby ocean. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Countertop seating is available, as well as the large dining table nearby. An additional table and chairs are provided outside on the screened porch. There is one master bedroom on the third floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom and deck access. A half bathroom completes the top level.
Two additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle floor of the home, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, and one of the bedrooms has access to the deck. Laundry facilities are also available on the second floor.
The final master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and includes a private bathroom. Spend many evenings together in the game room, which features a wet bar with a full refrigerator. Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. The hot tub is available for a restorative soak at the end of your day. Convenience and amenities make for a memorable Outer Banks vacation at “TerrAqua!”
The elevator at this home is outside of the house and offers access on all levels. On the ground level, elevator access is in the carport. Elevator access on the second floor is outside on the deck, reachable via a sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms. On the top floor of the home, the elevator access is located in the sunroom outside of the dining room.

"Terraqua is a great house to stay in. The beds are very comfy and the pillows are great. Very well appointed kitchen very organized with everything easy to find, even had a garbage disposal which is unusual in this area. TV's that are easy to figure out ;) plenty of seating in the living room and tons of light. Beautiful decks with a lot of outdoor furniture to enjoy. We have already booked for next year :)"

"We loved this home on Scarborough Drive! This house has the largest bedrooms I have ever seen in a rental. The elevator is located outside the actual home and accessed by the decks. This means the mechanical noise doesn't bother anyone sleeping. There's plenty of counter space and the kitchen is well stocked. It is located between the beach and Scarborough Faire, perfect for a dinner out or a day at the beach. We have already booked for next year."

"Spacious. Located convenient to both beach and stores. Amenities were as advertised: Pool, Hot tub, shower, elevator, we fully used all of them. Kitchen had expected dishes and silverware. 3 Coffee makers was a nice surprise (BTW you should list whether the house has a Keurig or not. It would help us with our preTrip grocery shopping.) Keyless entry, was great, all I needed was a text, and within minutes of receiving that, the traffic cleared and we were in the Air Conditioned house."

"We have vacationed in Corolla for the last 30 years - 20 of which as homeowners in Corolla. Each year, we spend a week with my parents and need to rent a home with an elevator. We were very happy with this home. It was exceptionally clean (felt like it had never been rented) and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked. We loved the equally easy walking access to shops/restaurants and the beach. The community is lovely! The layout of the home was perfect and the pool was amazing. It was perfect for us and we plan to return next year."
"Great distance to the beach, Duck boardwalk, and shops. The house and the pool were great. Plenty of deck space on all levels for sitting outside and a screened in area for rainy days. We usually don't see a slower cooker or pressure cooker in the kitchen, both were a great find and very useful. We loved the raised sitting area with the table, opening the windows and doing puzzles. One of the best houses we've stayed in. Wish it would have been pet friendly."
"Love the location! House is in the middle of the street. Quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to the shops and boardwalk. The pool was perfect for the family. We had 10 people there and the house was wonderful. We loved the top level open concept. The elevator was nice for unloading our luggage and our big grocery haul. The house had plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach. House was clean and the kitchen had all the dishes, appliances and grill utensils you need. The sound system by the pool was a great perk! And the two outdoor showers were great when returning from the beach. Highly recommend!"
