The great room on the top floor of the home features many windows to allow natural light to fill the room. Kick back and watch TV in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. A desk is available for use, perfect for checking in with the office or putting a puzzle together throughout your stay. An additional table and chairs is provided in the tower, which is the perfect place to play a board game or a hand of cards. Outside on the deck, enjoy horizon views of the nearby ocean. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Countertop seating is available, as well as the large dining table nearby. An additional table and chairs are provided outside on the screened porch. There is one master bedroom on the third floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom and deck access. A half bathroom completes the top level.
Two additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle floor of the home, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, and one of the bedrooms has access to the deck. Laundry facilities are also available on the second floor.
The final master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and includes a private bathroom. Spend many evenings together in the game room, which features a wet bar with a full refrigerator. Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. The hot tub is available for a restorative soak at the end of your day. Convenience and amenities make for a memorable Outer Banks vacation at “TerrAqua!”
The elevator at this home is outside of the house and offers access on all levels. On the ground level, elevator access is in the carport. Elevator access on the second floor is outside on the deck, reachable via a sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms. On the top floor of the home, the elevator access is located in the sunroom outside of the dining room.
