Located in the heart of Duck, this Sea Pines community cottage is conveniently located within short walking distance to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Duck Village. Enjoy well appointed amenities and comfortable accommodations for a blissful OBX vacation!
The top level opens up to the great room, filled with natural light and open facing windows to let the sea breeze in. Enjoy family time or sip a cocktail from the wet bar. There is also a fireplace to cozy up with during the cooler months. Let you inner chef shine in the well appointed kitchen, where whipping up a meal is a breeze. Adjacent, the dining area is perfect for catching up with loved ones and savoring tasty meals. Step onto the sundeck where you’ll never miss a morning coffee or climp up to the ship’s watch where you can view every sunset. There is one master bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a convenient half-bathroom.
There are two master bedrooms on the middle level, both with a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Enjoy indoor and outdoor living with deck access and the screened porch.
Entertain the family on the ground floor with the cozy movie den. Watch your family’s favorite movie or curl up with a beach read. There is also a convenient laundry area. More fun awaits outside with a private paradise! Splash around the pool all day or melt away any worries in the hot tub!
