"House is fantastic, location prime, views wonderful. Twiddy was attentive and professional…we were very impressed. The one sticking point is with the owner as the master bedroom bed is sagging and terrible. It’s soft on the sides and hard in the middle. We asked them to replace it, but the owner refused to do so."
