Located directly on the oceanfront in the heart of Duck Village, endless ocean views and strolls into town are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. With eight bedrooms and a variety of amenities, your entire family will find something to love, including the dog, as this home is pet friendly.
On the top level of the home, the ocean view is on full display in the open and airy great room. Relax in the comfortable living area and watch TV or simply gaze out the windows and watch the waves roll in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just add groceries. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, with a great view of the ocean. Outside, there’s plenty of room to kick back and relax on the sun deck. Start your day on the deck with a cup of coffee and a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Back inside and up a small flight of stairs, you’ll find the ship’s watch that faces the ocean. This is the perfect space to curl up with a good book or to simply sit and daydream. The master bedroom on the third floor also has a great view of the ocean, as well as a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
The second master bedroom can be found on the middle level of the home and includes a private bathroom as well as access to the covered deck. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. There are two more bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor of the home. The media room, which includes access to the deck, serves as an additional place to relax and watch TV. A wet bar is included in the media room so cold drinks and snacks can be readily available. Laundry facilities can also be found on the middle level of the home.
On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a semi-private full bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom and a half bathroom on the ground floor as well. The garage on the lowest level of the home is stocked with all of your game room necessities, including a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, and a wet bar with refrigerator for when refreshments are needed. An additional wet bar and laundry room are also available on the ground floor.
Step outside to the outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool, or warm up in one of the two hot tubs. From the pool area, there is a private walkway to the beach that includes an impressive dune deck. The dune deck has plenty of room for the entire family to gather and spend time together watching the pelicans fly by.
When you’re ready to venture out, shopping, dining, and entertainment options are within a few blocks walking distance of the home. For the active guests in your group, tennis courts and a community pool are available nearby in the Sea Pines neighborhood. After an amazing vacation, your family will say “Duck Yeah” to planning another stay at this wonderful beach house!
