It is a beautiful well equipped home. Very centrally located on a quiet culdesac. The bedroom configuration fit our family very well. Loved that each bedroom was a suite. Loved the elevator when unloading and bringing home groceries. I’m 68 and only used it when I was exhausted or going between three floors. Otherwise the steps were fine. The cement driveway was great for our young grandkids to ride their bikes and chalk paint. There was ample parking for our cars. The grill was first rate. Only suggestion would be a broom in the kitchen closet. We didn’t find the electric broom which was hidden in the master bedroom closet until the last day. We went around with damp Paper towels all week. A simple broom and dustpan would be a great and simple addition.

Review for Duck's Nest, in Sea Pines, NC.

This was our 3rd stay in Windswept 1 over the past 6 years. We just love it. The view out of the large windows in the living room is breathtaking on a sunny day. You can’t beat the view when halfway through dinner one of the kids announces that they spotted a dolphin and everyone jumps up to look out the windows. We also love having our own dune deck, and being in walking distance to the shops, boardwalk, Duck Donuts, and the playground. If our family wasn’t getting too big for it, we’d probably come back to this house for all of our future trips to the Outer Banks as well.

Review for Windswept I, in Sea Pines, NC.

It’s a beautiful home that is well-equipped and largely comfortable. It’s stylishly decorated and well-suited for big families or gatherings. There are places on every floor for a gathering space so there’s no walking over one another. We had a fabulous time and it was the perfect home for our reunion and beach vacation!

Review for White Sands II, in Sea Pines, NC.

I rent a home every spring around this price point and this number of rooms. *This is the nicest home I have found for this price point.* Usually I have to go to Corolla to get this price point, and it was nice to be in Duck. I also usually have to be further off the beach, but this was nice and close. The home was in good condition and I didn't have to call maintenance. The kitchen supplies were all there. The furniture was in good condition. It was nice to have two ovens, two dishwashers, and two fridges. We have handicapped guests and they were able to navigate this house wonderfully. The layout of the home is fantastic with lots of open spaces to enjoy. I cannot say enough good about this home and my whole party hopes we can get it again next year.

Review for White Sands II, in Sea Pines, NC.

A well-maintained house full of everything we wanted! Lots of space to spread out when inside. Bedrooms, kitchen & bathrooms more than adequate. Loved having the ice machine to fill our water containers before beach visits. Easy to walk to town and the beach! WONDERFUL time & this house was perfect for our family of 12. Hoping to return in 2018.
