The great room on the middle level is open and bright, with many windows that allow natural light to fill the room. An elevator that goes from the ground floor to the second level allows for easy unloading of luggage and groceries. Featuring modern coastal decor, the living area is the perfect place to kick back and relax with loved ones. Gaze out the large picture window to watch the dune grass sway in the ocean breeze. The well-stocked kitchen features an oversized stainless steel sink, as well as temperature-controlled wine storage. Choose where to enjoy meals, as this home has several options. Listen to the waves lap the shore as you sip your morning coffee at the table on the oceanside deck. Al fresco dinners can easily be enjoyed on the spacious screened in porch. There is one master bedroom on the second level, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also on the second floor.
Four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the third floor. One of the bedrooms has access to a private deck. Two of the bedrooms include an office nook, perfect for checking in with work or school if needed. High speed internet throughout the home makes checking in with work a breeze.
Multiple decks, including a screened-in porch, allow for the option to enjoy being outdoors in the sun or the shade. Easily access the beach, as the walkway is located just at the bottom of the steps from the deck. The outdoor shower and hot tub are located on the ground floor, allowing you to rinse off and enjoy a relaxing soak after returning from the beach. Nature trails wind through the Sanderling community. Don’t miss the opportunity to watch a famous Outer Banks sunset on the sound from the Sanderling community dock, which is a short walk from the home.
