Seize the vacation day at “Carpe Beachum!” Located directly on the oceanfront, gorgeous ocean views are yours for the duration of your stay. Enjoy a classic Outer Banks vacation at this comfortable beach house located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The top level of the home was designed with gathering in mind. The spacious great room features large ocean-facing windows to allow the gorgeous view to fill the room. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for watching your favorite TV show or simply relaxing and watching the waves roll in. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just add your groceries. Grab your morning coffee or smoothie and head outside onto the deck to watch a gorgeous OBX sunrise over the ocean. Barstool seating at the kitchen counter allows the conversation to flow freely as meals are being prepped. Gather around the dining area table nearby to enjoy dinner after a long day at the beach. An outdoor table on the deck offers the opportunity to listen to the waves crash as you dine. The sunroom is a flexible space that can be used for many purposes. Relax and watch TV or curl up with a good book. Play a game or work on a puzzle throughout your stay. A half bathroom is located on the third floor for convenience.
The second floor consists solely of sleeping quarters. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. Three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the middle level of the home. Laundry facilities and a dry entry can be found on the ground floor of the home. There is a private walkway to the beach from the home, which is convenient for lunch breaks and cooler refills. A community walkway is located just one house away and it offers a wooden walkway to the beach.
The Sanderling community pool is located nearby. “Carpe Beachum” is fully equipped to deliver special Outer Banks vacation moments to your family!
