Located just one lot away from the beach, ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. This home is in the Sanderling neighborhood, known for its natural coastal beauty. The home consists of a main house and a guest house, each accessible from the middle-level covered porch.
The third floor of the main house consists of an open and airy great room, featuring modern coastal accents and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area, which includes an electric fireplace and an office area. Across the room, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen that is as attractive as it is functional. The kitchen includes two ovens, barstool seating at the island, and a convenient beverage station. Unloading groceries is a breeze using the home’s elevator, which opens directly into the kitchen area. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby. The sunroom is the perfect area to enjoy a cup of coffee, curl up with a good book, or simply enjoy the view. Outside on the sun deck, enjoy breakfast with a view or listen to the waves lap the shore just over the dune. A half bathroom is conveniently situated on the top level.
On the main home’s middle level, you’ll find two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. An additional bedroom includes access to the deck and a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the hallway. Another bedroom and laundry facilities are also available on the middle level.
In the guest house, you’ll find one bedroom with access to the deck and a semi-private bathroom that opens to the common area. The sitting area, which serves as a living area in the guest house, features a high ceiling with many windows to allow natural light to fill the space. Deck access is available from the sitting area. A kitchenette with a microwave and mini refrigerator is also provided in the guest house.
Outside, the grill area offers seating, so relaxation is an option as your food cooks. The beach is conveniently reached using the walkway that runs alongside the home. Outdoor community pool access is included, and community tennis is available for a fee. A memorable vacation at “Going Coastal OBX” will leave your family sunkissed and at ease!
