Surround yourself in a “Sea of Grace” at this well-appointed Corolla vacation home! Located a short walk from the beach, this home is centrally located in the Ocean Lake community, offering views of both the lake and the ocean’s horizon. Your entire family will love all that this beautifully maintained home has to offer.
On the third floor of the home, the open and airy great room is the perfect place for your family to gather. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or simply plan your day outside. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler times of the year. Just outside, enjoy the sunshine on the deck. Back inside, the ship’s watch is a great place to curl up with a good book or to play a game. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to prepare meals for the week, just add groceries. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen counter barstools, or gather for a big family dinner in the dining area nearby. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the third floor.
There are two additional master bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the covered deck. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. The den on the middle floor includes a TV and comfortable seating, as well as access to the covered deck with hot tub. After a long day out in the sunshine, wind down with a relaxing soak in the hot tub, located in a gated area of the deck. Laundry facilities are also included on the middle floor.
There is one additional bedroom and a full bathroom on the ground floor of the home. The rest of the bottom level was furnished with entertainment in mind. Play all evening long at the pool table in the rec room. Stock the nearby wet bar with drinks and snacks so refreshments can always be available. Outside, amenities include a shuffleboard court, a basketball goal with a lined playing area, corn hole, and a shaded picnic area. The home backs up to Ocean Lake’s community tennis courts and community pool complex for added fun. The community beach access is a short walk away. “Sea of Grace” offers an Outer Banks vacation setting that you and your family will remember!

"Sea of Grace turned out to be the exact home we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving and our daughter’s Sweet 16th birthday last week. We had friends from NJ/NY/MD join us with their families and there was plenty for the young children and teenagers to do within and outside of the house. They played pickleball in the neighboring courts, shuffle board on the side of the house, basketball in the driveway and billiards on the lower level, not to mention enjoying the spacious hot tub on the second level. The layout of the house was also terrific for everyone to have both privacy and an opportunity to relax together in various common areas. We especially loved the openness of the kitchen space and eating areas. We played several hilarious group games in the livingroom and made so many new memories. We would be happy to stay at Sea of Grace anytime!"

"The home provided everything needed for a beach vacation,they even provided beach chairs! The kitchen appliances were excellent, I was surprised there was a crock pot, I would have planned better. The bikes would have been great to ride the streets but both were broken when we arrived in September. There was nothing the house lacked, it was a fabulous place to stay for a week, the owner really thought of everything right down to the poker chips!"
"The living spaces, especially on the top floor, were big and bright; we loved the hot tub and the decks and the second full-size fridge was great. The location was good -- the beach was a bit far but we liked that we could easily walk to the very nice community pool."
