This home is thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort, featuring an elevator for easy access to all levels. Gather in the living area to watch a movie together. The gas fireplace can keep you cozy during the cooler months of the year. Preparing everything from quick snacks to full dinners is a joy in the well-equipped kitchen. The adjoining dining space is ideal for family meals. Outside, relax on the spacious deck to soak up the sun, sip morning coffee, or watch the evening sky transform over the dunes.
The rec room on the ground floor will be the hub of evening entertainment. Take turns gathering around the pool table and playing the arcade game. A wet bar with a refrigerator is nearby, keeping snacks and drinks within easy reach.
Outside, the inviting pool area radiates classic summer vacation vibes. Take a dip in the private pool or lounge in the sunshine poolside. There is one ensuite bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional ensuite bedrooms are on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and one with deck access. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has deck access and a semi-private bathroom that opens onto the common space. The final bedroom and full bathroom are found on the ground floor.
The community beach access is conveniently located a short walk from the home. With the home’s central location just minutes from the heart of Corolla, it's easy to explore everything the area has to offer.
