Beautiful details greet you upon arriving at the home. Unloading the cars is a breeze with an elevator that goes to all three floors. The great room on the top level is cozy, with exposed wood beams, a large stone gas fireplace and comfortable seating. There are ocean views from the great room. The kitchen and adjacent dining area were designed to accommodate a crowd. The spacious kitchen, which includes an island with seating, is a dream when preparing meals. The top level also includes an ensuite bedroom, with its own private bathroom, and a half bathroom. There are five ensuite bedrooms on the middle level, each with a private bathroom.
The lower level of the home was thoughtfully designed for fun. There is a pool table and a wet bar in the rec room. The media room is perfect for hosting family movie night, and a refrigerator is located nearby in case anyone is in need of a beverage. One bedroom and a full size bathroom can also be found on the lower level. Lounge around outside the home while enjoying the outdoor sitting area with gas fireplace or the tiki bar. Ocean Lake has a large community pool and community tennis courts, which are both a short walk away from “The Good Life.”
Once you’ve experienced “La Bonne Vie” on the OBX, you’ll never want to leave!
