“On Tidal Time”, constructed in 2015, is a seven-bedroom semi-oceanfront home conveniently located steps away from a community beach access. This thoughtfully designed, well-appointed home was built to comfortably accommodate multiple families. Spend your days relaxing on the shore, or venture home to enjoy a pool complex complete with a soothing hot tub, cabana, and refreshing private pool. Sip afternoon libations on the screened porch while taking in the salt air. Take advantage of great amenities, such as an elevator, which makes bringing in luggage and groceries a cinch. A pool table and an arcade cocktail table, containing all of the classic games, offers endless opportunities for fun, while community features such as a pool and tennis court make for an ideal destination. "Tye house is very clean. Everyone had their own personal space in the house. No bedroom walls touch, so things were quiet. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The double fridges, double ovens, double dishwashers, double washers and dryers were doubly fabulous! The kitchen is well stocked and the living area comfortable. The game floor and hot tub kept everyone engaged on cold days/nights."
"Home still has "newness" about it which is attractive. Nice to have good glimpses of the ocean from this semi-oceanfront home. Good decks and furniture. Loved the double refrigerators and dishwashers. Bedrooms were all pretty much the same size and all folks said slept comfortably. Instructions need to be posted for operating living room TV. There was no propane in tank, so we weren't able to cook out as we planned. All in all a very nice house we'd definitely be happy to stay in again."

"The house had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is beautifully decorated and the outdoor furniture was not the cheap plastic kind. Loved the seating area between master bedroom. And screened in porch. Perfect for watching sunsets. Another thing we loved was the artificial grass around the pool and patio (but wear flip flops cause it gets very hot in the sun). Plenty of parking for our 5 vehicles. There were a few maintenance issues - one of the dishwashers was broken but Twiddy had repair man out right after the holiday. The top floor AC died but they had window units installed before we arrived & they worked fine to keep it cool. The pool is small but worked for the 10 of us, as most liked being at the beach."
