Get set for “The Good Life” on the Outer Banks! Just a few homes back from the beach, this beautiful home is a short walk from the community beach access.
Upon entering the top level of the home, you are greeted by the gorgeous great room, with a beautiful stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the room. The living area offers comfortable furniture and ocean views. An elevator is available to make bringing groceries to the kitchen easier. Preparing meals is a breeze in the large, well appointed kitchen with granite island. A master bedroom which includes a private bathroom, a dining area, and a half bathroom can also be found on the top level.
The middle level of the home consists entirely of bedrooms. There are five master bedrooms and each has a private bathroom. The bottom level of the home was designed with entertainment in mind, with a rec room that includes a pool table and a wet bar is nearby so snacks and cold drinks can be kept nearby. Screen a movie with family in the media room, which also includes a full refrigerator. There is one bedroom and a full size bathroom on the lower level. Step outside of the home to enjoy the outdoor sitting area with gas fireplace or the tiki bar.
Ocean Lake offers a large community pool and community tennis courts, which are both steps away from “The Good Life.” You’ll enjoy “The Good Life” on the Outer Banks!
