"You can’t beat this house for a large group. The double dishwashers, fridges and washer/dryers were awesome. Easy walk to the beach. Really nice outdoor furniture. Loved that there were stairs outdoors connecting all levels so no one was running through a bedroom."
"The owners of GOL95-Beach Nuts have equipped this home with everything you could possibly need for your stay in Corolla. I'm am a return guest staying 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022. This is my home away from home and just love everything about it. Short walk to the beach, close to dining and shopping. Twiddy as the management company has been more than accommodating if an issue would arise. Can't wait to return in 2023!"
"We had a wonderful time creating family memories at this beautiful home! The home was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 11 of us. The dining table was large, and we had some wonderful game nights around it. There was plenty of seating around the pool for all of us. Great time, thank you!"
"Location was amazing, and the rooms were a great size. Perfect for families to enjoy the outer banks experience."
"The home was so spacious and I loved that each of us had our own bathroom. The pool was so nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t that far."
"we rent this house twice a year once the start June and now in August. We have been coming to the outer banks for 18 years and switched to Twiddy 7 years ago. The previous company did not really take pride in the rentals and fixed things at their pace. Twiddy has the kindest most caring staff I have dealt with in years. Being self employed myself this company is run like clock work. Gillian was amazing with check in called and told us about the burner. Cory was extremely on top of the other issues I even sent him a picture of the broken window. As a growing family and children serving in the military all over the country this is our week of relaxation time. They have been coming here for 18 years and now bring their kids. Twiddy is the only company I will deal with now at the outer banks. Thank you again for a great vacation and extremely great time."
"This is a great house for multiple families and we had a great week! The kitchen is very large with double ovens and a separate icemaker which is so convenient. It was great for feeding a crowd, although two of the cooktop burners did not work. The kitchen could use some new large frying pans with nonstick surface as they were kind of beat, and there was no griddle to use on the stovetop. The kitchen had some medium sized pots but was missing a big steamer pot that has been in every other Twiddy house we have used. The two gas grills were also really great to have and the side burners were perfect for our crab boil in the pot we brought. I would suggest to Twiddy that the kitchen trash cans with the rotating lid might be cheap but they are a hassle and just get dirty on the lid. Every house has these and they just collect garbage and germs and have to be removed completely all the time and cleaned frequently which is a yucky hassle. Get trash cans with the step opener please. The family room is a bit small but otherwise the house is very spacious and had plenty of new Adirondack chairs on the many decks and by the pool. Some of the decking was newly replaced. The bedrooms were large and the house was fairly well maintained and the flooring looked new in the lower floors. The pool and surrounding outdoor space was a bit tight as in this neighborhood the homes are close together, but it was still private with fencing. There were appropriate gates to help keep the young children from the pool when not supervised. The walk to the beach from this house was short and easy but for those who want to know, the stairs over the dunes are substantial (24 up but spaced a couple at a time with flat walk, and 27 down with a landing in the middle). This might be tough for anyone who has some issues with bad knees or hips."
"Great house ! Plenty of room comfy beds! Great equipped kitchen. Pool was awesome and an easy walk to the beach"
"This is the second year that our family has stayed at this home. It is very nicely equipped with plenty of room. It is an easy walk to the beach and close to the shopping centers. We highly recommend the home."
"The house was nice. One of the dryers need fixed and the cleaning service could have done a better job."
"We really enjoyed the house. It was truly a short walk to the beach, which we were initially concerned about. We did not use the beach chairs that were available, but they looked like they were very nice. I would suggest the owners put a broom somewhere where the renters could sweep the kitchen/dining room areas instead of having to drag a vacuum out of the closet. We cooked at the house every night and found plenty of pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Having 2 dishwashers was a bonus for the 15 people that were staying there! I would definitely stay here again."
