Relax, you’ve found the “Ocean Jewel” of Corolla! Located in the gated community of Buck Island, this gem is within walking distance of the beach as well as shopping, dining, and entertainment. With spacious common areas, inside and out, and featuring fun coastal decor, your entire family will find something to love at this well-appointed home.
On the top floor of the home, the great room is open and airy, with seaside accents throughout. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. In the kitchen nearby, you’ll find a beautiful area fully equipped for the cooks in your group to work their magic. The home’s elevator provides a helping hand in getting groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, and barstool seating at the kitchen counter is also available. Outside on the deck, relax in the sunshine as you catch up with loved ones. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes an impressive private bathroom, laundry facilities, and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top level.
On the middle level, you’ll find a private den, which serves as a great place for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite shows. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The first master bedroom has access to the deck as well as a soaking tub in the bathroom. There is one additional bedroom with deck access on the middle level. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor.
On the ground floor, take family movie night to a new level in the media room, which includes access to the lower level deck. The nearby sunroom has access to the pool area and includes a refrigerator and wet bar, perfect for taking a lunch break during your pool day. Just off of the sunroom is a full bathroom, which is convenient to the pool area.
Outside, make a splash in the private pool or simply lounge around the poolside in the beautifully landscaped yard. After a long day, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. In addition to the amenities offered at the vacation home, Buck Island offers a community pool complex, community tennis courts, a playground, a basketball court, and more. “Ocean Jewel” is the perfect place for your family to make treasured vacation memories!

"We loved the pool size for toddlers and small yard. We loved the top floor common area. The kitchen was fully stocked with good condition supplies. The large TV room was cool. The location to beach and turtles were awesome. And to places to eat drink and shop! The bedroom sizes were great. The neighborhood was pleasant and we felt very secure. The bathroom for beach and parking lot were excellent to have with little ones and old ones lol! The lower porch patio was handy and the refrigerator."

Thank you for your feedback. We are purchasing a new stand alone hot tub soon so we can eliminate the integrated hot tub that came with the house. Come back next year and enjoy the new one! Thank you!
