On the top floor, the great room is designed for gathering, with large windows that showcase the ocean view and fill the space with natural light. The spacious and comfortable living area is ideal for relaxed evenings, and a gas fireplace is available to keep the room cozy during the cooler months of the year. Across the room, the well-equipped and spacious kitchen is ready for anything from quick breakfasts to seafood feasts. Enjoy meals together in the dining area. Step out onto the deck and soak in the salty ocean breeze, whether enjoying a cup of coffee at sunrise or stargazing after a long day on the beach, the setting is always inviting. The screened porch is a great place to kick back and relax in the shade with a good book.
This home is packed with amenities made for both fun and relaxation. The rec room on the ground floor features a foosball table and a TV, offering entertainment when the group is ready for a break indoors. A wet bar and refrigerator are available in the rec room for easy access to snacks and drinks.
Outside, the private pool calls for afternoons spent splashing and lounging in the sunshine. After the day’s adventures, the hot tub on the middle-level deck is perfect for unwinding.
