"Bella Carolina" features spacious gathering spaces on all three levels with outdoor decks and seating to enjoy the sun and ocean views. Nine bedrooms, each with a private bath, offer plenty of space for each guest. Enjoy the private gunite pool and hot tub, or make your way across the dune to the beach over your semi-private boardwalk.
With sweeping ocean views, the topmost level features heart of pine floors in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The well-appointed kitchen has dual Sub-Zero refrigerators, twin dishwashers, twin sinks, a microwave, and a convenient central island with bar seating, all with granite counter tops. The dining area allows flexibility for large or small groups, and the living room with updated furniture boasts a gas fireplace and multiple seating options. Two master bedrooms, one with a gas fireplace, complete the floor.
The mid-level features four spacious master bedrooms, and a central family room with new sofa, end tables, and chairs to enjoy games and entertainment. A laundry room with dual washers and dryers located off the family room is convenient to guests on all levels. A workspace and a monitor is provided in an alcove for those times when you may need to ‘work from home.’
The lowest level includes three master bedrooms and an additional full bathroom adjacent to the game room. Opportunities for family fun and enjoyment continues on this level with a game room equipped with a pool table, arcade table and shuffle board. The home theater features a laser projector and a 120-inch viewing area, a surround sound system, and comfortable theater and bar seating. A kitchenette is conveniently located in the game room and adjacent to the outdoor pool area. Equipped with a refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, and beverage cooler, it makes those relaxing days by the pool or on the beach easier to enjoy.
A centrally located elevator provides gracious and easy access to all levels. The house is also equipped with an enhanced wifi mesh system for ease of streaming and staying in touch while enjoying the beach.
