Get ready for an exciting vacation at “Corolla Mia” with the entire family! Nestled in quiet Corolla Village on the oceanside, this home is just a short walk to the beach. Located on an unpaved private road on a wooded lot, this home offers privacy, while still being convenient to all that Corolla has to offer.
The top floor of the home has an open floor plan, which allows natural light to filter in from all angles. Relax with loved ones in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months. The ship’s watch has a table and chairs, perfect for putting together a puzzle or playing a hand of cards. The kitchen is spacious and features plenty of counter space, perfect for cooking meals for the whole family. Meals can be enjoyed together in the nearby dining area, or outside on the screened porch or at the table on the sun deck. Make your morning coffee and head up to the rooftop deck for views of the Currituck Lighthouse. There is one master bedroom on the top level with deck access and whirlpool tub in the attached bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the third floor.
The middle floor of the home consists of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the laundry room. There are two master bedrooms, each with an attached full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a semi-private full bathroom that opens to the hallway. On the ground floor, there is one additional master bedroom, with a whirlpool tub in the attached bathroom. Enjoy hours of fun each evening with the pool table in the rec room. Cold beverages and snacks are readily available in the nearby wet bar for breaks in action.
Spend some time in the sunshine in the outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool, or have a restorative soak in the hot tub. A picnic table under the pergola in the pool area allows you to grab a quick lunch in the shade. Make treasured OBX vacation memories at “Corolla Mia!”

"Pool is a great size and, this year, didn't have as much chlorine in it as last year (which was a good change since several of the kids'hair turned green and got almost straw-like in texture last year). The pool is probably the kids' favorite thing - we spend literally hours each day swimming and enjoy listening to music and having lunch under the cabana. Multiple washers and dryers is always nice! We love the quiet location, and the beach is not crowded at all. Close to Kind Cup Coffee, Northern Lights Bakery, and Corolla Pizza - all of which we frequent. Lighthouse proximity is a nice walk and enjoy seeing it from the house. Billiards Table gets quite a bit of use and we love the Captain's watch and Crows Nest."
