Located directly on the beach in a quiet neighborhood, stunning ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Classic, charming beach house decor integrates with modern amenities and comfort to provide your family with an unforgettable place to create vacation memories.
Take in the ocean views from the great room on the second floor, which is the home’s main gathering space. Kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or watch the waves roll in. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler times of the year. Curl up with a good book in the sitting area nearby, which also offers beautiful views of the ocean. To further enhance your relaxed state, there is a sauna available for use just off the sitting area. The kitchen is open and airy, with a lot of natural light. Take pleasure in preparing meals for family and friends in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy meals together around the table in the dining area. Outside on the deck, sip your morning coffee while watching a stunning sunrise over the ocean, or enjoy the salty breeze and gorgeous view at any time of the day.
There is one master bedroom on the second level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. There is one additional bedroom on the second floor, which has access to the deck and an attached bathroom that also opens to the common area. Upstairs on the third floor, there are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms includes a gas fireplace and access to a private oceanfront deck. The final bedroom and full bathroom is found on the ground floor of the home. The den on the ground floor can serve as an additional living area. There is a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator included, so cold drinks and snacks can be readily available. Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around the poolside. After dark, soak in the hot tub as you listen to the waves lap the shore nearby, and gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky. An outdoor pool table is also available to keep your group entertained. When you’re ready for some beach time, there is a sand path that leads from the home to the beach.
