Featuring plenty of space to gather family and friends, inside and out, this home is designed for making Outer Banks vacation memories. The home’s great room on the top floor is situated to highlight the gorgeous ocean view, with floor-to-ceiling windows across the room. High ceilings with exposed beams give the home a rustic beach house feel. The living area is a comfortable place to gather with loved ones to plan your day. The electric fireplace with beautiful brick surround is available if the weather is cool. Across the room, the kitchen is as functional as it is attractive, which will please the cooks in your group. The elevator is a big help when unloading groceries and getting them up to the third floor. Enjoy meals together in the dining area with the ocean view as your backdrop. Retreat to the den with a good book when some downtime is needed. If an office or school check-in is needed during your stay, an office is available. Outside on the expansive decks, simply sit back and relax with the salty breeze and stunning ocean view as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon beverage. A screened porch is also offered on the third floor, perfect for enjoying an afternoon snack while listening to the nearby waves. You’ll also have a view of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse nearby.
There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. Three additional bedrooms on the second floor each have a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms, one with deck access, as well as a full bathroom are also available on the middle floor. A sitting area is available on the second floor as well. Laundry facilities are located on both the second and third floors. The home’s final master bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a private bathroom. One additional bedroom and full bathroom are also available on the ground floor.
The rec room on the ground floor is a fun place to be in the evenings. Gather around the pool table, or try your luck at the arcade game. Your outdoor oasis is just steps away. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply bask in the sunshine on the tanning ledge. A wet bar area is available outside on teh ground floor for easy beverage access. The community beach access is right next to the home, offering easy access to the soft-sand Corolla beach. After some fun on the beach, head to the second-floor deck for a relaxing soak in the hot tub as you gaze out at the dune and ocean.
This home is within walking distance of quaint Corolla Village, featuring historical attractions and charming shops. More shopping, dining, and entertainment options are within a few minutes' drive. “Ottavia” is the perfect seaside retreat for your family to make cherished vacation memories!
