Welcome to “Seadream!”
Located in the town of Kill Devil Hills, “Seadream” is a condo unit that features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is in a great location that is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. Outfitted in contemporary furnishings, the entire condo is decorated in style and comfort. The living area includes comfortable seating, a flat screen television, and an incredible view of the beach. Sitting in the living area, guests can see the beach with the balcony just outside the living room. The kitchen has modern appliances with two bar seats. There is a Queen master bedroom that has deck access and another bedroom with two twin beds. Extras of this home include access to the community beach access, community charcoal grill, and coin-operated on-site laundry facilities.

"The beach access can’t be beat. Although your view is partial because of a sand dune you still see enough to get the nice view. The place was very clean. If you are a light sleeper though you’d have trouble sleeping in the front bedroom as you can hear people walking about the steps and in the main bedroom there is a constant off distance beeping but it’s very faint. You have basically everything you need and access to the owners beach chairs and sand building toys were much appreciated."
"We loved how close we were to the beach. Being on the first floor, it would be nice if the dunes were not as high so you could see the sun rise from the balcony, however, we could hear the waves from the master bedroom."

"This beach home was comfortable and furnished beautifully. The kitchen had everything a cook would want…and more, including a Keurig coffee pot! The view of the dunes and ocean from the deck was quite wonderful! And access to the beach was just below the deck! The location was close to restaurants and shopping! We will definitely visit here again!"

"It had everything we needed to cook a few meals. It also had everything to enjoy the beach such as beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and so many other beach necessities. We love you could sit on the porch and see the ocean. Everything was clean and well maintained."

"Seadream is well, a dream. The proximity to the beach is great. Inside is decorated super cute! We found everything we needed to cook a few meals. The best part was the deck. I enjoyed rocking each morning and evening while people watching right next to public beach access. We will stay here again!"

"This condo has a great location right on the beach. We enjoyed listening to the waves crash on the beach during the night. The condo was very clean and well kept. Parking was great and the area was well lit at night. The location was well situated in the middle of the Outer Banks making it an easy drive to all areas. There were also two grocery stores just a couple of blocks away making it easy to get food and supplies."
"Overall the home was great for the price point. The ocean view was definitely limited by the lower seating chairs on the balcony and the view could have been much better just with higher sitting chairs. The AC was not working when we arrived but fortunately it was freezing and not really warm anyhow. Twiddy was pretty prompt in working to resolve the issue, and very well may have fixed it faster if it was blazing hot. The walk to the beach was so minimal which was great and there were no rough dunes to make it over. The condo was very close to everything as well which was particularly nice since there was less time spent on the beach due to the weather."
We installed a new AC...as soon as was possible with a vendor which was done that very week. We will be putting in new taller deck furniture as soon as we can get to our condo. Hope you had a great time in our place. thank you for staying with us.
