Curl up with a book in one of the chairs overlooking the living area. The other side of the loft features a TV and gamer chairs, perfect for hooking up your favorite gaming system or kicking back to watch a movie. Back downstairs in the great room, the kitchen is a chef’s delight, built for feeding a crowd: with two ovens, two stoves, three refrigerators, and dual dishwashers, it’s perfect for preparing everything from big family breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners, while the dining area invites everyone to enjoy meals family-style. Barstools are available at the kitchen counter if additional seating is needed. The dining area features a kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher, making it an ideal and convenient beverage station. Outside, the covered deck is the perfect place to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoy a cold beverage as you watch the pelicans fly by in the afternoon. Moving between levels of the home is made convenient using the home’s elevator.
The den on the middle level is comfortably furnished and can serve as an additional living area, with a large TV and shuffleboard. Ocean views and access to the oceanfront deck are available from the den.

The outdoor amenities offer the best of both worlds, inviting those who want to bask in the sunshine to unwind while giving others plenty of ways to play all day. Make a splash in the private pool or simply bask in the sun on the tanning ledge. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, the impressive poolside cabana features a wet bar, TV, and seating. The private walkway to the beach, which includes a dunetop gazebo, is accessed from the pool area. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged as restful havens: sixteen spacious bedrooms provide comfortable retreats after lively beach or poolside days. The final bedroom on the middle floor includes a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the common space. The final five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an ensuite bathroom.
