Gather your family and friends for an unforgettable Outer Banks vacation at “C Dolphin!” Located directly on the oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills, this seaside home is packed with amenities and centrally located to some of the best activities and attractions that the OBX has to offer. With ten bedrooms and a spacious layout, inside and out, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out.
The top floor of the home is the perfect place for all to gather and spend time together. The living area is the perfect place to kick back and relax while enjoying your favorite TV show. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. For those who prefer to curl up in a quiet spot with a good book, the nearby ship’s watch features large windows that allow natural light to fill the space. An elevator is available for easy unloading of groceries and luggage. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate multiple cooks and is equipped with two refrigerators, two ovens, two sinks, and plenty of counter space. Two dishwashers are a great help when cleaning up. There are two dining tables nearby, both feature ocean views, as well as kitchen countertop seating for a quick meal on the go. There are multiple seating areas outside on the top floor deck for those who would like to enjoy coffee and breakfast with the salty breeze and a view of the sunrise sparkling on the ocean. One master bedroom suite can be found on the third level. The generously sized suite includes access to the deck as well as a whirlpool tub and a two-person shower in the bathroom.
On the middle floor of the home, you’ll find six additional bedrooms and five bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom, and one with a whirlpool tub. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the home. Two of the bedrooms are masters, each with a private bathroom, and the final bedroom has a semi-private bathroom that opens to the hallway. Entertainment is on the agenda for the rest of the first floor. Take family movie night to an epic new level in the theater room. Play all evening at the pool table in the rec room. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in the rec room, so cold drinks and snacks are never far away. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.
The outdoor oasis is the ultimate relaxation destination. After lounging around in the sunshine, cool off in the private pool with waterfall feature. An outdoor Bluetooth speaker system is available for use to easily listen to your playlist while relaxing poolside. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, head over to the poolside cabana, which includes a wet bar with seating, a beverage refrigerator, a full bathroom, and a rooftop sun deck. From the sun deck, head toward the beach on the boarded walkway. Stop on the dune deck and look for dolphins swimming by or keep on going down the walkway to dip your toes in the ocean. A volleyball court is available between the pool area and beach for a little friendly competition for OBX family vacation bragging rights. After the sun sets for the evening, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub while gazing at the stars in the dark night sky.
With a convenient location in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, the Wright Brothers Memorial is visible from the home, and the best shopping, dining, and entertainment are within minutes. A vacation at “C Dolphin” is sure to leave your family refreshed and full of vacation memories!
