Located directly on the beach in Kill Devil Hills, this charming home features an Old Nags Head Style exterior, comfortable accommodations, and fun amenities. With eight bedrooms and spacious common areas, there is room for the entire family at this well-appointed home.
The home’s third floor is the main gathering hub of the home. Gorgeous ocean views are available from the great room, which includes the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for chatting with loved ones or watching your favorite TV show. Step outside onto the oceanfront deck to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves lapping the shore nearby. The kitchen is equipped for hosting large groups, with a gas stove, two refrigerators, an ice machine, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. An elevator is a big help when bringing groceries up to the top level of the home. Meals can be enjoyed all together in the dining area nearby. Barstool seating is also available at the kitchen counter. The sitting area on the third floor is the perfect place to relax and play a hand of cards or simply catch up with one another. If refreshments are needed, there is a wet bar with an icemaker and a dishwasher located in the sitting area. Upstairs in the ship’s watch, you’ll find a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as a quiet area if you need to check in with school or the office during your stay.
On the middle level of the home, there are three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and one with access to the oceanfront deck. There are two additional bedrooms, one with deck access and an attached full bathroom that also opens to the hallway. One final bedroom and laundry facilities complete the second floor of the home.
Three additional master bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. The rec room on the lowest level of the home will host many evenings of fun. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition, or simply lounge around and watch TV. A wet bar with a beverage refrigerator is available nearby when refreshments are needed. A half bath completes the ground floor of the home.
From the rec room, step outside into the backyard “Oasis” in the sunshine. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool or lay in the loungers by the poolside. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, the spacious poolside cabana can provide plenty of shade. The poolside cabana features a rooftop deck, perfect for soaking up the salty breeze and watching the waves roll in. When you’re ready to really relax and unwind, soak your cares away in the hot tub. From the pool area, there is a private walkway to the beach, which features a dune deck. With a central location in Kill Devil Hills, this home is close to many shopping, dining, and entertainment options when you’re ready to venture out.
