Twelve bedrooms, two separate living areas connected by decking and interior doors, two kitchens with beautiful granite counters, both with full refrigerators and ample seating space, provide enough space for everyone to lounge, play and dine. With approximately 6,500 square feet, this home is ready to host your large group. Amenities such as a game room with pool table and foosball and a media room provide entertainment for guest of all ages. The grounds feature a large wade-in pool complete with waterfalls and a shaded tiki bar area. Plus, it's just a short walk for all to enjoy Corolla's beautiful beaches.

With four refrigerators we had plenty of space for all our food. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware - two dishwashers encouraged us to skip the paper products."
"We recently rented out Twelve is enough and it was GREAT! We had five families with a total of 22 people with ages of the younger ones ranging from 3-18. The kids had just an amazing time. The downstairs entertainment section was a big hit. The outdoor pool area was perfect and the easy walk to the beach was awesome. We never felt like it was crowded with how much space the house has. The morning sunrise and evening sunset off of the third deck was beautiful. The only odd thing was the two kitchens being on separate sides of the third floor but honestly, it was not a big issue. Everyone who stayed agreed that they would easily pick this house again."

"We just stayed at Twelve’s enough with our family of 25. Plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own space. Loved the most of the rooms had their own bathroom. Pool was perfect for kids and well kept and only 4 blocks from the beach. Small things were a little dated but really overall such a great space."

"Avid OBX renter- this home is 4/5 stars. Located just 1/2 mile south of Harris Teeter. Short walk to beach. Pro's: LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF ROOM. Never ran out of hot water. House is large and 23 of us spread out- we were never on top of each other and had our own privacy. The bedrooms are large- spacious. The home is updated appropriately and the decor is nice. The pool area is just huge. The pool itself is lovely. The outdoor adult area was utilized and we spent plenty of time pool side. The children's play area with the pirate ship is such a great idea. We had lots of children with us and they did have so much fun outside and in the lower lower level game room areas. The fact that his home had two kitchens was a HUGE plus. There are some beach chairs and pool toys to use. We left ALOT behind for the next families to enjoy. The beach view from the top deck is stunning! Never had such a lovely view this far back. Just an FYI- although two kitchens- only one stove, other kitchen has cooktop only. 2nd floor is not connected. Large wall in center which causes you to have to either ascend or descend to another floor- walk over and enter other staircase in order to get to other rooms. One crockpot in house- no lid. We used tin foil and it worked like a charm. Con's: Parking is an issue. Although we could all fit, there were several trips made downstairs to move cars daily- in order for others to leave. Car Jenga was the game to be played. We just got to the point where only a few cars were used and shared by friends/family and the rest remained parked. #2 Inside garbage cans... This home is so big, I am not really sure why the upstairs kitchen garbage cans are so small? I understand homeowners go after a "look" and want the home decor to look nice- however the functionality of the upstairs cans were just not there. Each can was full after each meal and the bag was eventually placed next to the can on the floor which caused leaking, spillng etc.. Please large homeowners- provide functional cans. No other con's and we are not picky. We greatly enjoyed our time at this home and would absolutely stay here again. Of note: Twiddy rocks!! The fire alarm malfunctioned and was quite loud and went off for approx 20 mins. I called the office and within 15 mins, we had a tech there who fixed everything up. The hot tub also was green one morning (freak weather that week) and again- one call made and someone was there within 15-20 mins to treat both the hot tub and the pool."
"the style of beach house was cool! the pool was cool I think would be cooler if it was heated but thats just a picky review. we loved how close it was to the beach access(4 blocks). thankful that God provided this beach house for us during our visit! Thanks,"
