Get ready for “Beach Therapy” at this Corolla beach house! This semi-oceanfront gem is located in the Ocean Sands neighborhood of Corolla. This pet friendly house is conveniently just steps from the beach via the community walkway.
The spacious great room on the top floor sets the tone for gathering and relaxation. The airy layout invites conversation, games, or simply lounging while reading a good book. The living area offers cozy seating and a large TV, perfect for settling in after a day of beachcombing. An electric fireplace is available for use if the weather is chilly. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners. The adjoining dining area is where the whole group can gather for meals, share stories, and plan the next day’s adventure. Just outside on the deck, enjoy the salty ocean breeze at any time of the day or night.
In the evenings, gather around the pool table or play the arcade game in the rec room on the ground floor. The nearby sitting area is comfortably furnished and includes a large TV, perfect for relaxing with a movie.
Outside, the private pool is ready for fun. Imagine sunny afternoons floating in the shimmering water or relaxing in the lounge chairs with a cold drink in hand. On the middle floor deck, the hot tub beckons as the evening sets in.
When it’s time to retreat, the bedrooms offer inviting spaces to recharge. The top-level ensuite bedroom offers a private bathroom. The ensuite bedroom on the second floor includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms are available on the second floor, one with a semi-private bathroom that opens to the common space. Every bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind.
In addition to the amenities at the home, the community tennis courts are located just across the street. This coastal retreat is situated near Corolla’s best dining, shopping, and attractions. Relaxation and “Beach Therapy” blend perfectly to create unforgettable vacation memories!
