First, and most importantly, we hope you and your family are staying healthy. Read an Open Letter from Twiddy & Company Leadership.
We have truly missed seeing you on the Outer Banks, and while this time apart has been necessary for everyone's health and safety, we can't wait for the day we are able to welcome you to the beach again. That day has finally been announced! Dare County, in coordination with Hyde and Currituck Counties, will lift the restrictions for visitors on May 16, 2020.
We are doing everything we can to make sure you, our valued guests and extended Twiddy family, are well taken care of. In return, we ask for your patience as we navigate this unprecedented event.
Given the unique and rapidly changing nature of this situation, we are handling each of your upcoming reservations individually. It is important to us that everyone gets the personal assistance they need. If you have a reservation scheduled to arrive:
We understand this is a stressful time and many may face hardships, not all of which are health related, which could affect your upcoming vacation plans. If you have a reservation with an upcoming balance due and are able to make payment, please do so. This is the only way to ensure your vacation is ready for your arrival. For those who may be facing difficulties, please contact our office as we may have payment plan options available. We are here to help.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests are a top priority, and the cleanliness of our homes is something we take very seriously. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness by using cleaning products widely-used in the vacation rental industry.
