The living area features comfortable seating and a wine cooler for easy access to beverages. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. Across the room, the spacious kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of counter space and everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. Enjoy meals all together in the nearby dining room, with the ocean view on full display. The home’s elevator is a huge help when bringing groceries up to the kitchen from the ground floor. Outside on the deck, sip your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean, or drink an afternoon beverage while watching the waves roll in. When evening arrives, head downstairs to the rec room to play foosball or simply relax with loved ones. The nearby wet bar keeps snacks and drinks readily available.
