"The giant ice maker was amazing! The elevator was definitely a plus with the suitcases and all the trips up and down. The baby pool attached to the pool was a huge plus for our 4 kids under the age of 6! Everything was perfect. We needed pool service and they were there the next day. The pool heater was also a huge plus"

The house was very clean and convenient to many areas of interest. Hot tub was great. Was off season so couldn't use the pool but it looked nice. All around great house!"

"We love the home. It has everything we need. The pool and location on the ocean is amazing. The bedrooms are spacious each with own private bathroom. The only thing that need to be fixed are some of the sliding doors. They are very difficult to close. The one for my bedroom was upside down. The Twiddy team were very responsive if something was not working correctly."

"We absolutely loved this house. My group of friends and I have been coming to the Outer Banks together every Fall for 50 years and agree that Fanta Sea is the nicest home we have rented. It is beautifully appointed and stocked with everything you could possibly want. We have already reserved it for next year. We do have three comments to make about improvements. 1. Please fix the bedroom door on the top floor bedroom so that it will close. 2. Please leave a simple 1,2,3 list of how to operate the televisions. We had a terrible time trying to figure it out. 3. Wood floors were not very clean. Perhaps damp mopping would help. It was a wonderful week!"

"Fanta Sea 1 was a perfect fit for our family. Everyone enjoyed the spacious accommodations. Plenty of room that no one felt crowded. Some areas in need of repairs. The thatching on the tiki roof was falling off and we did without air conditioning for 3 days on the third level (main gathering area). Older population had a hard time climbing stairs to the beach. Would be nice to have a straight walkway across from the deck on the second floor like the ones on the houses below this one. Twiddy did everything possible to make our stay pleasurable. Would definitely stay here again"

"The home was amazing. The views of the sunrise over the water was gorgeous. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a large group. There were 3 large refrigerators and a hotel size ice maker. The pool was heated and great to swim in. It also had a hot tub pool table and an elevator."

"We had an absolutely relaxing stay at Fanta Sea! It was Spring Break (mid-March) so we did have some weather, which was expected but even that didn’t damper our vacation. There are options in the home if you choose to stay in for a day, such as, a movie theater room and a pool table. The house is beautiful with excellent views of the ocean. There is plenty of room, inside and out, for multi-family visits, you definitely won’t feel like you are on top of one another. The elevator was a welcome amenity for unloading the vehicles and on grocery day! The house was very clean and it is very well stocked with kitchen needs as well as linens and bath towels. We would definitely rent this house again."

"Perfect home for our week at the beach! Great location. Home had perfect number of bedrooms and baths. Very easy access to the beach. Only thing needed is more baking dishes and leftover containers,and hangers in closet (may not be allowed due to covid) Had a great time already booked same place for next year"

"We loved the house, heated pool and location. We had lots of problems with the internet and TV. Two repairmen we not able to fix the problem. We were told that the problem is because of the internet provider. I hope that the owner resolves this by the time we return at the same time next year."

"This home was very spacious! Word for the wise....the handicap bedroom needs a bed at a lower height for the individual. The kitchen needs better serving bowls. Other than that....good time!"
