Get ready for a memorable vacation at “Beachwalk” in Corolla! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just one house back from the beach, salty breezes and ocean views are yours to enjoy during your stay. A spacious layout and many extras make this beach retreat the perfect choice for your family vacation.
The home’s main gathering place is in the great room on level 2.5, featuring comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for everyone to watch TV or simply relax. Outside on the deck, breathe in the salty air and enjoy the ocean view. Up a half flight of stairs, you’ll find the kitchen on the third floor. The kitchen includes all the equipment needed to make meals for the duration of your stay. Gather to enjoy meals together in the dining area or eat outside on the screened porch. Barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter for quick meals. A beverage refrigerator is conveniently located in the dining area for quick and easy drink refills. There is one bedroom on the third floor. The bathroom on the third level includes a whirlpool tub.
Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find a comfortably furnished ship’s watch with a gorgeous ocean view. Curl up with your favorite book or watch some TV. A wet bar is conveniently located nearby, so there’s no need to walk downstairs to grab a drink. A private deck is accessible from the ship’s watch, serving as another great place to retreat with a good book.
On the home’s second floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and laundry facilities. Two bedrooms on the second level have access to the deck, where you’ll find the hot tub. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub each evening after a long day outside. The final bedroom and full bathroom are on level 1.5.
There are many outdoor activities to choose from. The home’s private pool lets you play all day or take a quick dip. When you’re ready to go to the beach, the community beach walkway is conveniently located across the street from the home. In addition to all that is offered at the home, Corolla Light offers an impressive catalog of community amenities. Corolla Light offers an oceanfront complex with pools, a clubhouse, a playground, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and volleyball. Tennis and pickleball are available within the community, as well as a sports center with an indoor heated pool, gym, indoor tennis and racquetball courts, and more. Soundside amenities include a pool, fishing pond, pier with gazebo, and a nature trail. The neighborhood-wide trolley service is available in-season for convenient transportation to and from the community amenities.
