The third floor of the home was designed for gathering. Relax in the comfortable living area and watch TV or catch up with loved ones. A wood fireplace is available for use during chilly evenings. The sunroom nearby is another great place to relax or to curl up with a good book. Outside, enjoy salty breezes as you relax on the deck. In the kitchen, you will find all the equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Enjoy family meals together in the dining area, which includes a wet bar for easy access to drink refills. An additional table and chairs are available in the ship’s watch, which can also serve as a great place to put a puzzle together during your stay. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
On the second floor, there are two master bedrooms, each including a private bathroom as well as access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the middle level of the home. The final bedroom and full bathroom can be found on the ground floor of the home.
Step outside for some fun in the sun on the patio. Play in the refreshing private pool or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. In addition to what the home offers, Schooner Ridge offers impressive community amenities, including an indoor pool, gym, outdoor pool, indoor tennis courts, and outdoor tennis courts.
