"The layout of the home was just right for my family. My wife and I (Grandma & Grandpa) used the top floor bedroom and bath, while my daughter, son-in-law and 3 children used the second floor 3 bedrooms and baths. They especially appreciated the large common room there. Great location near Duck, where we enjoy walking the boardwalk. Totally loved sitting on the deck overlooking the sound. And only a 7 or 8 minute walk to the ocean. We really enjoyed our week there! Thank you!"

"We liked the home itself and the view is beautiful. We are renting again next year. However a few suggestions .... the pans need to be replaced. The nonstick ones were very scratched and peeling. Also some of the mattresses could use replacement. This is not a reflection on the home itself, just the extra comforts."
