Sea Glass is located in Duck's beautiful Northpoint neighborhood and is just a short walk to the private beach access and the sound front pier. This private pier is great for fishing, crabbing, kayaks or cocktails at sunset. All five bedrooms have private full bathrooms. The backyard features a private, in-ground pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. You will also have access to Northpoint's heated pool and two tennis courts. The spacious ground-level rec room features a pool table and a bunk room that sleeps six kids comfortably. Upstairs is the great room with a well-equipped kitchen, a light-filled sunroom and a private deck. Sea Glass is only a short distance to the Town of Duck and its charming shops and restaurants.

"This was our first time in OBX. We were so lucky to have spent it at Sea Glass. The home is in the perfect location. Smack in the middle, a few houses from the ocean and sunrises, and a few houses from the sound and sunsets. A short drive/bike ride from the town shopping but far enough away to be in a quiet neighborhood with a private pool and community pool, tennis courts, and basketball court. Beautifully updated, a few beach chairs are there, but I would bring one or two extra with you if you have a larger family. We were a family of 6, and we only needed three chairs since the kids did not need chairs and a few bikes that suited our family's needs six total at the home we only used four. There is also a beach wagon. The home was clean, and the kitchen was FULLY stocked. Lots of games are there for rainy days, but we got lucky with beautiful weather and didn't need to use them. We can't wait to come back next year. We have already re-booked and hope to return to this home for years to come."
"Fantastic location close to the beach and right in the heart of Duck. The house looks great inside and out and there is plenty of room for families to stretch out and enjoy themselves. The pool and hot tub are great as well, as it appeared that a lot of the houses in the development only had access to the community pool."
