Steps to the beach and a stroll to Duck Village, this coastal home is truly a "Memory Maker"! Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, relax in the swing chair to soothing sounds of the fountains and waves crashing, unwind in the hot tub while gazing at the stars, or curl up with a book on the covered deck.
The open concept 2nd floor is the heart of the home. You will appreciate cooking in the well-stocked, modern kitchen with spacious island that makes entertaining a breeze. Delight in family game night and meals in the dining room which seats ten and is surrounded by windows. Enjoy the ocean view through sliding doors at the breakfast table which is adjacent to the sun deck with a dining table and four adirondack chairs. The ship's watch is a cozy nook that offers incredible sunrise views and glimpses of the ocean. The living room is airy and comfortable with ample seating, ideal for watching tv or taking a nap. The second floor master bedroom contains king size bed and whirlpool tub. The first floor offers two bunk bed rooms, a master bedroom with queen bed and another queen bedroom with sliding door to the covered deck.

I was a bit worried when I heard that they had updated the kitchen but they kept everything that made it great and just gave it a nice upgrade and beautiful tile. You don’t need to bring anything, this kitchen has all that you could need if you love to cook like we do. We can’t wait to come back next year."

This is our favorite street in Duck and this house had everything we were hoping for - tons of space, comfy bedrooms, a great pool and hot tub, and one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever had in a rental. This location is ideal with super easy access to the beach with life guards and an easy walk into town for everything you might need. We will definitely be back next year!"

"We loved Memory Maker. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed for a week at the beach! The huge dining table was so nice to sit everyone down together for a meal. Our most favorite aspect was the proximity to the beach - a very easy walk to and from and we could still see glimpses of the water from the deck. We would definitely stay again!"
