It was a gorgeous home, in great condition, and in the perfect location. Our group of 10 people and two dogs had a wonderful time. The pool tile is especially pretty compared to others, and they provided fun floaties, noodles and toys. Easily walkable to both the ocean beach and the sound boardwalk, plus a good portion of downtown Duck. Kitchen was very well-equipped to cook for groups, including 9x13 pans, large baking sheets and huge cooking pots for seafood, corn-on-the-cob, etc. Just a note: I read in other reviews that people were able to use the bicycles, but they were locked up while we were there and are no longer listed as amenities.

Review for Catch A Wave, in Four Seasons, NC.
Mellow Yellow is well located only two blocks from the beach and a bit farther to the town Duck. Great location! The pool was great and relaxing. Good to have since the ocean was a bit cool our first day. The house worked well for our four families who gathered. There are lots of steps, so you get a work out since the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Kitchen was well stocked, variety of pans and storage options. Liked having two refrigerators for our large group. The hammocks were a nice touch as the teens enjoyed them. Top deck only has a picnic table, which was nice, but thought they could have a few more chairs. There were lots of chairs around the pool, which was nice. Would have preferred a gas grill to the charcoal, but it worked out. Overall it was clean, beds were comfortable, except the twin bunk bed was squeaky. The bedrooms are well laid out. Liked that each bedroom had access to a deck. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Review for Mellow Yellow, in Four Seasons, NC.
The house location and quality of the interior are terrific. The furniture shown around the pool is actually there! There are so many homes we have stayed in where we show up and the outside furniture pictured is gone or so old it isn't usable. The pergola at the pool provided the perfect shade! The pool could be a little bigger and easily extended with how big the yard is. You can't get a better walk to the beach. So close!

Review for Fair Winds, in Four Seasons, NC.
The house we stayed in was the perfect distance away from the ocean, Duck, and even just a short drive from the major highway. It was well-decorated and well-maintained. We all loved the natural barrier of trees around a majority of the home that provided a nice level of privacy from other vacationers. Loved all of the amenities in the kitchen too, it had every thing we needed, even salt and pepper!

Review for Do Duck Inn, in Four Seasons, NC.
The pool was beautiful, the volleyball court and play ground was great for our grandchildren. Access to the beach was awesome. The house had everything we needed. Just a note the dining chair pads and carpet had dirty spots, we didn't do those. We had a wonderful time, Thank you for sharing your home with us!
