Upgrades for 2026 include a completely remodeled kitchen featuring quartz countertops, new white cabinetry with gold fixtures, redesigned island cabinets with a built-in microwave, a stylish new backsplash, a new wine cooler, a GE Profile gas stove, and two new dishwashers. The living room has been refreshed with new built-in cabinets, quartz counters, and shiplap accents. Two master bathrooms have been fully retiled and updated with designer, high-end fixtures. The entire home now boasts new flooring, fresh interior paint, and all-new furniture and décor in every room. Additional enhancements include a reworked media center with new bookcases and shiplap, a new kid space designed as a miniature playhouse, a new arcade game, and new furniture in the great room. Inside, the home has been thoughtfully appointed, with modern coastal décor, upscale furnishings, and bright, inviting living spaces that open to multiple outdoor decks, ideal for quiet mornings, ocean breezes, and moments of reflection. The open great room on the top floor is the hub of the home, where your entire group can gather daily. Relax together in the comfortably furnished living area, which features a gas fireplace to keep cozy during cooler times of the year. Across the room, the well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, from big breakfasts to seafood dinners. A wine cooler and two dishwashers are provided for added convenience. In the adjacent dining area, everyone can meet around the table for memorable family meals.
In the evenings, kick back and relax in the media room on the ground floor, which includes arcade games for hours of fun. The nearby wet bar with a full size refrigerator ensures snacks and cold drinks are within easy reach.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool after a fun day at the beach or enjoy the hot tub that is waiting for a relaxing soak.
Each bedroom serves as a quiet, peaceful place to retreat after a day outside. On the third floor, you’ll find two ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access. One of the ensuite bathrooms includes a soaking tub for added relaxation. Four ensuite bedrooms are available on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. The final ensuite bedroom, with a private bathroom, is on the ground floor. There is also one additional bedroom and a full bathroom on the home's lowest level.
Just a short walk from Duck’s charming boutiques, locally loved restaurants, and the scenic soundside boardwalk, this beautiful modern home sits in the perfect location for enjoying everything the village of Duck has to offer.
